Title: Read only library doesn't write tags

Why doesn't MC, when running under a read-only library, write out tag changes?  If there is a server plus a HTPC then this would allow the server to manage the database and the HTPC can be restarted to get the latest version.  If either writes changes, both should find them with an auto import pass.

I don't recall this being the case before--was it?  Is there a way around it?
