Title: Set Markers/Chapters on Audio/Video files?

Is this a capability? It'd be awesome if it were - there are times, especially in classical music or movie scores, where I want to jump to the exact part of a song.

no, as far as i know its not possible. i would like something like that for videos a lot. with the option to give the markers names.. 8)
