Title: Import J River library into iTunes retaining cover art using wav files

I have hundreds of CDs ripped to wav files on a PC. Thanks to Lasse_Lus, I now have the library quite well organised. What I would like to do now is copy the library to my Mac, retaining all the cover art, track names, etc. that have taken so long to create in MC. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in anticipation.
