Title: mpg to mp3 ??

Any way I can take an mpg file and simply extract the audio and save it as an ape/mp3 file? Thanks.

Use VirtualDub to save the audio as a wave file (set audio to direct stream copy--see the VirtualDub help), then use MJ to convert to mp3 if you really want to.   http://www.virtualdub.com
