Title: Always on top

I was wondering if MJ has an always on top (or equivalent) option. I see the transparent option performs a similar role, but it still disappears if something has focus that is maximised.

Some mini-skins offer this option.

All MJ 8.0 mini-me skins should have this option (right-click the mini-me skin and choose Options > Always On Top).
