Hi,
I took a closer look at the JRiver Media Center and I like it very much!
I would use buy right away, there's only one problem:
my complete Cd collection (+1000 CDs, mostly classical music) is stored as WAV files and I use WMP11 to organize it.
As far as I know, WAV files do not content any information or cover art, therefor all infos are stored in the WMP database.
Is there a way to import this database into JRiver???
I added lots of infos (like additional artists, orchestra names, place of rording etc) so I do not want to do this again!!!
Best regards,
Markus

I don't know of a way to read a WMP database, but you might be able to convert to lossless WMA in WMP. You could try a few to see if they then have readable tag information.
Any lossless format is equivalent to WAV. There is zero advantage to WAV and you have discovered one of its disadvantages.
You might try a google search for the problem.

It is possible by using external programs.
