Title: Can't get "Send To > External Tool" to work on Library Server client.

I've been trying to use the "Send to > External Tool" feature to open files that don't open correctly on an MC Library Server client (log files, for example, open in IExplorer rather than in Notepad, and don't display correctly.)  Because I'm on a Library Server client, the path in the "[Filename]" field of the files is not correct on the client (it is only correct on the server), resulting in the external program giving me an error message saying it cannot find the file.

Is there another way to set up the External Tool "Parameter" field so that the path to the file is correct from the client?  "[Filename]" is not correct.  Is using the "Send to > External Tool" simply not useable with a LS client?

Note that "Send to > Media editor" also does not work on the client.

I have the same problem in MC15.
