Title: How do I delete a "Sort by" technique?

I'm trying to delete a view I have saved.

In the tree, I've created a new library view. When I right click this, I click Customize View. In the bottom left there is a "Sort by " option. I created a new one of these as well called "Sorting Scheme" and I've decided that I want to rename and edit this. I can't. So I had to create a new one called Sorting Scheme 2. I'd like to be able to delete the original sorting scheme. It would be nice if we could right click and rename/edit these very simply.

In the same place, Sort by->Custom->Preset->Delete?
