Title: Nex II & MJ8.0.320 - Not Seen As Handheld

Ok...I've tried for 2 hours now and still can't make MJ see my new Nex II handheld in the CD, DVD, & Handhelds list.

Win2000 Pro sees the device just fine using USB...shows in Windows Explorer as a Removable Disk...I can write/read/delete files from it fine.  I've rebooted, reinstalled MJ, rebooted again...still MJ can't see it.

Any clues what I can try next?

Can you check the Plug-in Manager for the Portable Drives Plugin and verify for me what version of that Plug-in you have? You should have v 3.0.14.

If you have 3.0.14 what is the volume label for the drive?
