If you have installed MC14, you'll find one here:
C:\Program Files\J River\Media Center 14\Data\Default Resources

Moving it to the Custom Resources directory will preserve it when you install again.  MC uses the Custom version if it finds one.

Thank you for the response. I wasn't very clear at all... but I am looking to add global hotkeys (will work when minimised) and do not know the necessary syntax.

Lets say I wanted to make a global hotkey for "ctrl + alt + insert" for play/plause (command 10000). How would I go about this?
