Creating new folders on-the-fly in MC14 is a little difficult, because it seems that only the first level folder created can be named.
In the example shown, the first folder I created (under "Anwendungsdaten") was (as expected) named "New Folder", but the name was selected, so I could change it to "J River". In creating the subsequent 2 nested directory levels (which I wanted to name "Media Center 14" and "Cover Art" respectively), I found no way to rename them from "New Folder" to the desired names. The "New Folder" name was not selected upon creation, and I was unable to change to edit mode by clicking on it.
