While I wait for Matt to fix my crashing MC14 ( I'm sure he will..), I thought of DVB-S/S2 support...
First of all, I think MC is great. It's the musicplayer I use simply because it's the best. Don't expect anyone here to argue with me on that...
For DVB-S/S2 I have to use MediaPortal or DvbViewer, which is ok, but neither of them are any good as musicplayers...compared to MC...
I know this has been on topic before, some time back...but I'm asking again...
...when will we get it..:)..?

I fully agree with you. I am using DVB-Viewer for TV as well and hoping it will come for MC.
I had to do a system for my parents and i had to use MS-Mediacenter because they did not accept to use two programs.
So hoping it will come soon .......

I really hope so. Living in Norway, we have 3 alternatives. DVB-T, which is out of the question because of many different things. DVB-S which is used by quite a few, and DVB-C wich is used by even more people (most urban households use Cable instead of Satellite I guess). I prefer DVB-C, but I'd be happy to switch to DVB-S IF MC would provide support.

I'm waiting since MC11. Please expand a super mediamedia suite to an excellent tool.
Your remote works well.

maybe its can be interesting for some peoples.. like temporary solution.
I found interesting software called DVBSBridge. Its create virtual DVB-T tuner in your system and bridged this with you dvb-s tuner software, or, in my case, directly with IPTV streams. Unfortunately, developers now discontinued support this product, and sell new DVBLink - with virtual DVB-S tunner, which is useless for MC... But I used DVBBridge with MC and IPTV, and it works.
