Title: JRiver Media Centre -- mediacentre.com is now JRiver's domain
Post by: JimH on September 17, 2009, 07:43:37 pm
Half the world spells it Media Centre.  The other half spells is Media Center.

We finally have half the world as a domain:

It's about time! I guess he finally tried out that spell checker. I wonder if I can now reclaim that brain cell I've been using to intentionally misspell "Theatre View." ;D

Theater View ;)

[edit] I'm sure I wrote Theater View NOT Theater view :S
[edit 2] LOL ... Th-V (minus the dash) automatically expands to "Theater View" ... apparently the forum has been upgraded :)

Perhaps you should also translate the main site to a few other languages. French, German, Spanish, etc.

I can help you with Finnish...  :)

Seriously, I have a few times thought about creating a Finnish translation for MC (the app, not the web site), but I never seem to have time for it. Maybe I should just start the project and translate it in small bits.

My experience of Europe is that almost all people of Scandinavian countries and BeNeLux countries speak English.  Many of them speak and write English better than many native English speakers do.
