Why is it so slow when I try to rip CDs? I go no higher than 192 bitrate, but I get no better than 3.2x - 3.7x when ripping is in progress. Other MP3 rippers on same machine are well into 12x and 13x...what gives? I am using a registered copy.

it depends on
1. the speed of your computer
2. settings your using in the MP3Encoder
also The encoder MJ8 And MC9 Uses Is "Lame" The Lame encoder is touted as the best MP3 encoder.
Real And Music match Encoders maybe fast but they also drop out in the freq and lowers the quality of the media file.
