Post by: NY40Male on July 07, 2002, 05:38:03 pm
Add To Playing Now?
Is That A Future Request?
Or Am I Missing Something?

Also On Startup I Get A Failed To Find Port (Trying To Remember What It Said Off The Top Of My Head) And Then MJ Fails To Load Unless I Go Into the MediaJuke Box PlugIn Directory And Delete The Dll File

"Failed to find port"? I'll need to know the exact error message. I assume you're using a browser to access Web Remote? It sounds like it DID work at one point or you wouldn't have known what features were there or not...

"Add to playlist" for the HTML-only version of Web Remote won't likely happen unless someone else decides to add features. I'm spending my time working on adding XML functionality for my Glissando application.

The port may be in use by another application.

As Soon As The Plug-In Is Installed Then Go Into Start The PlugIn
It Says Port In Use By Another Application, So You Cant Go Into And
Change The Port. Then If You Close Down MJ & Restart, MJ Wont Run

What I Will Have To Try Tonight Is To Change Media Server Manually (Away From Whatever The Default Is) Then Try Re-Installing The Web Plugin, And Seeing How That Works. Wouldnt Be Any Other Programs Or Firewall That Would Be Doing It?

Error Message Pops Up And Says
Failed To Bind
Please Try A Different Port

Only There Isn't Any Way To Change The Port
I Tried Changing It By Going To The Plug In Manager Too
No Dice

You may have Media Server on the same port (socket).
