I've  found this already and some confusing behaviour. When I play a track which has the playback range set, the top display of MC shows elapsed time and duration show time which start position subtracted from total time. For me it would be more logical to skip to the start time and then show the real track time unless stop time is also set. If the stop time is set, then it should be displayed instead total length.
