Title: web browser quick config??

Is there any way to quickly tell my web browsers (MSIE, Opera 10) that MC is the default multimedia player/viewer?

I think you have to tell IE not to play audio, etc.  Then it lets the system decide.  If you've associated filetypes with MC, it will work.

IE/Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/Multimedia

MS doesn't want it to be easy.

thanks, let me play with this for a bit.

Sounds like an 'opportunity' for MC to set and reset system multimedia flags.
