Title: Incomplete iPod sync MC 14

I've had a recurring problem syncing iPod with MC 14 when it reaches 99% progress where the procedure simply halts (MC does not hang up or crash). As a result I must Cancel and undock. IPod winds up having all the music but no playlists despite playlists being the method of transfer. Running iTunes 7.X. Works okay when I attempt smaller transfers of about 4 G, but anything approaching iPod's capacity 60 G and the probelm arises. So I'm not sure if MC sync is capacity-sensitive or something else is going on? Any suggestions for fix would be most welcome, thanks.

When you pay for something it would be nice to have the support that goes along with it... could someone in tech support address this issue??
