Title: Last.FM plugin doesn't scrobble CDA tracks by default

This can be fixed with adding ",[cda]" in plugin filter options. But maybe later do it default?

Here is my string:

[File Type]=[mp3],[wav],[ogg],[flac],[ape],[apl],[mpc],[wma],[wv],[cda],[m4a]

It could be the default.

I tried a fresh install on a virtual machine and received this string:
File Type=[mp3],[wav],[ogg],[flac],[ape],[mpc],[wma],[wv]

Now I too added extensions

Thanks for checking the default string.

Actually, I meant to write "it could be the new default", but a word was missing.  :)
