Title: Replay Gain --> Analyze Audio?
Post by: kartman on October 05, 2009, 09:57:20 pm
OK... I admit that I'm green to MC...

I've imported a rather sizable MP3/FLAC collection into MC sucessfully. I typically create Smartlists that filter for missing cover art and "analyzed audio" info so that I get art and working SoundCheck when I sync to my iPod. Curiously, most of my files are seen as already analyzed by MC but there are a few that are not. I assumed that MC was pulling the replay gain info from the files as, when I look to reanalyze the files, the "replay gain" and "peak level" entries are populated but the "intensity" and BPM are not.

any clues as to why these files are not seen as already analyzed? I've looked at the tags of all but can't seem to find anything glaringly different.

Help.

*bump*

Still trying to understand why some tracks (all MP3, FLAC files were all found to be 'already analyzed') in my collection are not being seen as 'already analyzed' by MC on import when there appears to be replaygain info in the tags.

A little help?
