Title: Payment transaction not recognised by JRiver

On October 4, I purchased MC14 upgrade to my MC13 and received a "Purchase Complete" confirmation email from JRiver containing my Registration Code. However, when I attempt to apply this code, I'm told it is unknown. When I go to the recommended verification page for PayPal transactions, I enter the PayPal transaction code and my email address (the one that JRiver sent my email to), I'm told that they have no record of this transaction. So, where to from here?

After my PayPal purchase, no license was installed
Please visit https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/paypal_support.cgi and enter your e-mail address. The license should then install.

Is that the problem?

Sometimes Paypal purchases don't complete.  It's a Paypal issue.

Also check your Paypal account.
