This problem has raised it's ugly head again and I think this was addressed at some point but I am having this issue again and obviously I have an internet connection. I was wondering why this happens and how to fix it. I can't access interact through MC sometime it works sometimes it doesn't then it may just cut out and this message comes up.

It's probably a firewall or some other program running on your PC.
If you're at work, it could be corporate policy.

Make sure IE is configured to use the internet. Double-check the proxy settings.

I'm at home and I use internet explorer and have no problem accessing the internet. Setting what proxy settings? Ths is a problem only within MC and this has been a problem for others in the past including myself. I was having this problem all the way off and on since version 12 and I am having it with 14 now. I have tried it with and without my anti virus on. I have ok'ed IE in windows firewall and this still has not fixed this problem. It is only when I connect to the internet with MC I have even allowed MC within the firewall.
