Title: how do I change to EVR from VMR9 for all video playback?

Hi,

I would like to use EVR instead of VMR9 as renderer for all video playback. I can not figure out where I can say that in the Options panel. I know where I can say it for DVD playback or for a particular file. But, I would like to make a selection for *all* video playback from one place.
