Title: [Noire Viz broken] Viz animations in TrackInfo

Don't know if it's a bug or just a problem on my computer.
If you select for example "Visualization>Spectrum Analyzer>America"
and then "Track Info>Noire Viz"

The spectrum is displayed but not coordinated to the music you're listening to. It stays flat.
Used to work fine on JRMC13.

it is a bug..  :)
worked fine in 14 also. just a bug in version 84 ;)
