Title: Itunes 9, MC12, and other MP3 players
Post by: starker on October 20, 2009, 04:13:32 pm
I just (unfortunately) was forced into installing iTunes 9 to support my iPhone.  Unfortunately, it seems to have broken MC's ability to recognize other MP3 players like my Zen V  Plus.  Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks

Installing MC again might do it.  In options for handhelds, try redetect devices.

Actually, I just figured out what was going on, and quite frankly...my jaw dropped to the floor when I figured it out.  Apparently, when I plugged my iphone into the computer, it would block MC12 from seeing my Zen.  As soon as I unplugged the iphone, the Zen reappeared.  I know Apple are freaks about control, but this is ridiculous!  Is that even legal to control someone's machine like that?
