Title: Feature Request: Delay before first track in playlist

I would like to request that there be a way to set a delay (in seconds) before the first track in a playlist starts to play. This allows one to press play and then relax and get ready for the music to start playing. There is a thread about this at Computer Audiophile and it seems like a nice feature. There is another player (xxHighEnd) that has this feature.
