Title: License Problems - Help Needed [solved]

Hello,

I purchased the MC upgrade on July 21, 2009, however when I download the program [today] and tried to restore my license I get a 13 version license which does not work with version 14.

I purchased via PayPal and have the receipt.  Is there any information I can give you in order to get my license working?

For the e-mail address you use for the forum, the purchase was for MC13 in October of 2008.  You can still find a copy of MC13 here:

If you have a receipt, e-mail me.  I'm jimh at jriver.

edit -- you do have an mc14 license.  The e-mail address is different.

Yes the email for the 14 license must be different.  In fact I dont know if I still have that account.   But I can email you my receipt from PayPal.....in the mean time I will try the alternate email.

BTW a ver 13 license is useless since I paid for and want to use ver 14....
