How do I change the pitch of an MP3 while putting it on a CD (CDA)?

I want to burn some audio with a lower pitch than normal.  I can play the MP3 files with the modulation but I cannot burn them to a CD with any sort of Tempo or Pitch changes.

Tools->Options->Burning->Cross-fade and DSP settings->DSP studio->Tempo & Pitch
