When I wanr to play a wma file download from Performer Store I am getting this
(http://www.d80fotos.de/pdf/wma_error.jpg)
Can You help?
Note:
- Have re-installed WMP 11 several times
- re-installed the audio drivers
- The problem does not seem to be related to Performer only. It also happens with files downloaded from Rhapsody. I have a thread on their website too, but so far they could not help.
- Some songs work. Some don't. I have downloaded the same track from Performer and Rhapsody and have the same problem with the downloaded file.
I trust you have a solution sooner than Rhapsody, since you are better ...
If you need more information, let me know.

If you have a subscription account, we can check it Monday, but I believe that playing downloaded WMA files is limited to 3 machines. Is this a new machine? Have you tried the old one?
-
This is not a new machine. I shoul dbe able to play the downloaded files on the PC thta I used for downloading. At least it worked like this before this problem showed up. It is Wednesday today ...

I'm sorry. I thought we had checked this. Please e-mail me with your account name and details. jimh at jriver.

Is this a problem with one file or with all files?
-
Jim,

The problem occured with almost all files. Both from Rhapsody and Performer.
