Title: Changing billing info

Hi,

I am trying to input updated billing info so I can get a standard subscription going.  Updated credit card info and then selected standard subscription but still only get 30 sec tracks. 
Only thing I can see is that my account first name is "Rob" and my credit card, of course, is in "Robert" and middle initial "R."  However, on update billing there is no ability to change the fields for my name.

I don't know what the problem is.  We can check tomorrow.  Sorry for the delay.

Jim,

I must have put in the wrong month on my credit card.  Re-entered it and I'm getting full tracks now.

You have to click over to the billing info tab and its that first big red button on the bottom right
