Title: Saving MJ12 personal settings when upgrading to Windows7
Post by: mark56 on November 04, 2009, 01:43:36 pm
Hi: I spent a lot of time downloading album art, making playlists, getting skins, etc. for MJ12. I have just purchased Windows 7, and before installing would like to find a way to save all the time-intensive work I've done. Is that possible, or do I have to reinstall MJ12 and start all over again? Thanks for any help ~ Mark56

Check your file locations in MJ settings and backup whatever you have there.

Backup your library from MJ File/Library.

Find your cover art folder and back it up.

Media files, too.

If you have downloaded plug-ins, they will be in the Program Files directory for MJ.  Back it up.
