Hello,
This must be a bug or a flaw in some algorithm...
I have quite a few compilation albums which are nicely listed under (Multiple Artists) in MC.
Now.. I often synchronize large playlists to large "fake handhelds" - folders on hard drives (external drives which after sync go to my work office or to my carputer).
For them, I have the Audio Path specified as [Album Artist (auto)]\[Album]
What I noticed - if I do the sync in one large go, with many albums including several (Multiple Artists) albums, then the artists from (Multiple Artists) albums do not go to (Multiple Artists)\Album folder but instead they get all spread over to Artist\Album folders.
However, if I do syncing in small chunks - just 2 or 3 (Multiple Artists) albums at a time, then everything works correctly!
I wonder why...
