Hi all here some testing with colors in Theater view skins.

How to:
Make a bachup of you're C:\Program Files\J River\Media Center 14\Skins\Theater view folder and put mine for testing all the skinS together with correct scroll bars.
ctrl+O bring option window and choose for the 13 Skins.
ctrl+4 for theater mode and to use them.

to be honnest, kurushi, i did not try it because it said mc 13. and especialy in thv skins that worked in 13 will not necisarely work in 14, especialy ones with the menu at the site. but i just tried, and there are sure some very nice things in there. i guess it is also a bit much to ask to just overwrite everything including themes people are using when trying a new skin..

Some playing with theater view Skins 13 skins to download
so I have changed the title of the topic.
13 skins to download for MC14!
they all work in mC14 (it's the version i use).
For the backup of the entire theater view folder ,u can also just put the folders in your "theater view folder" and replace the folder "SHARED" and THEME with mines cauz i have just added my own scrollbars and 2 backgrounds .So it's more esay to replace all the folder for testing because they are 13 skins and it can be confused for to choose one of mine...

I have just checked the screens in imageshack the quality is horrible so it's really better to download than look them on the site.
Dl them and try for yourself.

Your skins are great :)
Please can u tell me why some off the skins like "obsidian color" does not give the all the options i.e. to add the song once it is clicked on?

Hi,I don't know Lionking because i have just modified colors in main .xml and painted some pictures.
I have tested them with a fresh install of MC14 and all seems to work like it should.
I 'll test this issue on my setup this week-end i am not at home...

Its not only your skins, i have the same problem with acajou, noire.
I can click on the song, but not play it.

they dont work anymore. the roller changes broke them. i already gave you a link to a repaired acajou. guess there is not more to gain untill the programm adds more handles to get skins for thv going.

Hi,gappie what is not work anymore? I use them in a simple way and all seems work.
Can you tell me in a simple word what is broken (i have seen many post on this and don't understood all i am french...)
So maybe i 'll can correct them if i know what is wrong.

actually its simple. take obsidian. go to playing now> hit enter on the first item, so you get the details, and see the options you have above the thumb. now go to noire or ajacou and do the same. try to use those skins using only the arrow and enter buttons and see the differences. when you you dont see it, please say so, i can post some screenshots..
im sorry, my french is far from up to date, i guess its easier to understand my english then my french, especially for native french speakers. 8)

In theater view i use only keyboard never the mice.

I have try and i see just some more options at the top is it this gappie?
But if i click or press enter in playing now i have just ALBUM tittle info even in Obsidian.
Maybe a screenshot 'll be more clear for help me :-[

the 'some more options' are it, but its all options when you go till the info panel.
an other problem is when you use categories in the root. with how i set up thv, i can not get past the root when using for instance ajacou.
im not at home now so no screenshot. when you need it later ill can shoot some.

maybe you could post two screenshots to show what you are talking about. when i use ajacou i can not even get at the info screen anymore using the newest mc14. with obsidian no problem.
i think you can not find a solution also. until the last version the my v14 of ajacou did work, http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=54343.0
but the new display broke that. and i dont feel to bothered: http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=54967.msg373877#msg373877 .. never got feedback.
j. river does not believe in the use of vertical scrolls except on the root page (which is a bit of a laugh when it is only for there), but you could set them up elsewhere. the first link gives something to start with.

Hi gappie i 'll post screenshot (i am not at home).
For the posts i have already seen them that's why i have said "i think it's not possible to correct them"
But i 'll check your custom skin and 'll look in the xml.
