having run mc for many years, i really miss some playstats that reflects the way i listen and what i listened to mostly in for instance the last year. my 'top' albums can be albums i have not listened to for a long time and what i heard a lot the recent year gets lost in the amount of older stuf.
so it would be nice if besides a last played field, there would be something that remembers when something was played úberhaupt, call it [played at]. and that there would be a way to get some stats out of that into a library field. at this moment you can get the average number plays for an album, but you can not use that in a search or an expression or thv sorting. it would be nice if, just like album gain (which is a library field), album number plays would be a library field. and that there would be a possebility to make your own fields that calculate stats based on the [played at] field for a song (or video etc) and a whole album.
i would appreciate it if this would not turn into an other relational database thread. 8)
