I've found that trying to search for: name=" - " does not give me any results (using 14.0.101 - haven't tried other versions). Even if I use the wizard and change "name is" to "name contains" it doesn't work. Searching for name=" -" (without the trailing space) gives me results (including a lot of songs that do actually contain " - ").

Some characters are interpreted as "special". If you need to use one, you need to precede it with a backslash (\). I think that could be the case here. You're asking for an exact match though. Maybe you meant to ask for "conains". Try using the wizard - click on the small triangle in the search window.

Hi, please re-read my request. The exact text entered into the search window is... name=" - " ...(ie. I'm searching for songs that have a space-dash-space within the filename, no special characters - and searching for a space-dash without the last space character works fine). I'm not using an exact search (as that would be [...] marks rather than "..." marks). I have, however, already tried the wizard and it shows up as "is" (which is weird as I am _not_ doing an exact search) and even if I change this to "Contains" it still shows up as "is" when I go back into the wizard - hence the reason I am reporting this as a bug.
