The forward and rewind buttons on my MCE remote are non-functional with MC14.... and the "learn" function doesn't work. Previous to build 106, I was able to use the "remote, keyboard gamepad or HID" option for my MCE remote (and use Learn for FF and RW buttons), but that doesn't seem to work anymore with this build. Ideally, I'd like to use the MCE option and add "jump forward 30" and "reverse 10". Is this possible?

I think we broke some MC Remote support in build 106. We should have a fix next week. Any previous build should work.

Same remote problems with build .111. MC no longer recognizes my remote with the "remote, keyboard gamepad or HID" option. Last build to work is .101.

thought I'd bump this up as my MCE remote still will not function with build 118. I run build 101 to be able to use the remote. It had some functionality as an MCE remote with 111, but 118 doesn't recognize it at all. :-\

I'm seeing something flakey, too. We'll find it. Sorry for the problem.

Still having same remote control problems with build 121. I have limited functions with my MCE remote, but no ability to program the buttons (learn mode). MC still does not recognize my MCE remote under the "remote, keyboard gamepad or HID" option.... (lost after build 101).
So I guess my question is, how can I activate a "forward 30 seconds" and "back 10 seconds" key on my MCE remote with this build. I'd also like to be able to program the other keys (as I can with build 101).
Thank you.

We expect to look at this problem next week.

Is this working now?

Yes, I didn't see any changes or fixes listed for the remote problem, but I installed 136 a few days ago and the remote learning for HID was back! Thanks. I proceded to then map my MCE remote commands to my Logitech Harmony 550 remote and now the 550 controls all (includeing Jump ahead and jump back!). ;D ;D ;D.

Thanks. I'm glad it's working.
