I'm using the store now, so it is working.

From the JRiver server end it looks like everything is working fine and when I use your login from my machine it works ok. Either the Medianet music server was down when you tried early this morning or there's a firewall or other problem on your end. Please try again and if it still doesn't work send me a log file. Let me know if you need instructions on sending a log file.

I was about to send you the log files but I see that your profile shows 'hidden' on the email address line.
Can you please give me your email address. i'd like to be able to use my performer store by this evening.

What do you see? You should see a bunch of XML formatted text.

in google chrome nothing , in firefox I saw what you described

yes same computer and network,
there has been a java update to 6 upd 17, for the rest all is the same
the problem is the same when using performer store as a seperate app...
I sometimes get this shaky reaction of user interface when login fails as well

I hope that all this gets fixed soon because i'm paying 15 dollar a month and I have been without the store for 2 days,
I can't even access my ow account while my credit card is still being charged

It appears that the problem may be on your PC, and not with the service.
Can you try logging in from another PC? Or better, from another network?

I did what you asked, I installed the free media performer center on a different pc and different wireless modem and the issue is still the same, still the same error message...

login succesfull
I reverted to my default different profile on my 3mobile, after that I still got the error.
I restarted media center and didn't wait for my screen to populate with the albums and selected login straight away
this time I got through
I don't know what caused all this, and I hope it does not return.

Glad to hear it's working again. I put together a testing application so if this happens again, let us know and I'll send you the test app to gather more information about the problem.

I'm back with the same problem, performed the same troubleshooting steps as before (including update to .0140).
I cannot login.
All help appreciated!

that's why I changed my password to something of the order of ****; to avoid this scenario
EDIT: new password was sent out, I both used copy and paste and also the manual fill out several times, doesn't work

my MC has the login name stored in username field as usual, and this has never changed it is correct
if you read the whole thread you will see that all these troubleshooting steps have been performed.
can you please help me with this problem.

the problem has now been solved
I don't know exactly what the cause is but just like last time I changed my mobile broadband back to default and I was able to log in again.
Maybe that could be a tip for other users who have access through a usb modem , should anyone ever encounter this problem: check if you have changed the profile.
Don't know for sure but it might....
