I am using the trial version of Media Center 14 for about 4 days and have thoroughly enjoyed the program so far. However, I have been experiencing a problem with burning multiple CD's. The first one burns - no problem - but when I am prompted to insert another blank CD, the program goes into "not responding". Media Center delivers a message saying I might have the library server and Media center both in startup, but I have checked this and it is not the case. I am using Windows 7 with a new SATA Sony Optiarc DVD RW-AD-7241 SCSI CDROM drive. The drivers are current for the burner. Any ideas on what could be causing this problem?

Bump - still looking for some help here. Any suggestions?

Sorry... I haven't seen this issue. Are you attempting to burn from files served from the network somewhere, or from a local drive?
-
Could be a SATA issue; I had nothing but trouble with mine Plextor in the past.
I burned a disk via Library Server the other day.
System specs?

I'm burning from a local drive, an external drive.
My PC specs:
AMD Phenom 9750 Quad core 2.40Ghz
RAM: 8GB
Windows 7 - 64bit

Did you try swapping the drive?

I'll test that to eliminate that as an issue.
