Title: Possible to Backup Cover Art Cache?

Is it possible to backup/restore the cover art cache?
Because of this issue: http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=55116.0 (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=55116.0) I would hate to do it again manually if I had to restore my system.
