Title: Failed Conversion

I'm trying to convert my daughter's iTunes library (.m4a files). The error says "Please ensure that your files exist, and are of a supported format."

I tried converting to both WMA and MP3 (I have a license for the MP3 converter).

I have the same problem. who can help me?  any powerful converter?
