Title: MC14 Tag Window Issue

I just spent money to upgrade to MC14 thinking "yellow window" pop-up errors I was fed up with in MC13 were history.  Wrong.
 
Now in the Tag window I can't tab past Genre box. Regardless of mouse click or Tab keys I'm taken back to Album box as soon I as
soon as I hit Genre. I'm also getting skipping audio errors after ripping more than 4 vinyl LPs in a row. I have to restart Windows and re-rip.
I'm running Vista Home Premium x64 on AMD Phenom Quad Core Gateway LX with 8GB of RAM.

maybe the op means an 'yellow screen of death'?
never saw one in connection to mc.

Ops! Sorry. "Yellow Window" is just the colour I set my balloon to in Desktop settings.

Anyway MC13 stops working and shows the following error after a few tagging sessions. After restarting the program it will work okay then error will pop up again.

"Critical Error

The following module has failed to load

C:\Program Files (x86)\J River\Media Center 13\Plugins\out_main.dll

It has reported the following errror:

Failed to load JRTools.dll

Please reinstall the latest version of the program"

I tried re-installing MC14 but error returned.

The email address I use on this forum is different from that in my PayPal profile. That's why you don't see my purchase.
