Title: Cannot change subscription

Hi,

I can see others seem to have the same problem on this forum, but no generic solution so...

Can you help me out as I can not change from a portable subscription to a purchase only subscription. A dialogue box says "Unable to chance subscription  type.

The subscription model does not work for me as I save all my music on a NAS and it seems like I can only play it on the computer who initiated the download (office computer) even though I sign in on the media center computer also (living room).

Else it is a great extension to a great media player.

Hi Per,
We'll investigate this tomorrow.  Sorry for the trouble. 

Make sure you have the latest build.  It sounds like you're using MC14.  Try the build at the top of that board.

Hi Per,

Please try changing your subscription to "purchase only" again.
I saw a problem in the logs and fixed it on the server so it should work correctly now.
Please post here after you change it and I'll double check the server logs to make sure the subscription is canceled.

Now it seems to work. I have changed to purchase only. Thanks a lot.

P.S. Just for the records. I am using MC14 - exactly 14.0.101.
