Title: MC14 opens and closes?

I want to use MC14 for a whole house system - so I downloaded the 14 demo, it installs fine, but when I launch it it stays open for maybe 10 seconds and then closes?

Any ideas?

Odd.  Ever install it before?

Try a different machine if you can, just as a test.

Try rebooting.

It runs on another machine - and it worked on this one for about 2 days... Rebooted multiple times, no events in the viewer ... Very Odd

This isn't a common problem.

Maybe try an uninstall and reinstall.

Help > Logging in the program might give us clues if it still happens.

I enabled logging - Where are the log files?   (Lucky to get it enabled, it closes too fast - but its on)

Ah, found it in the help - I can get the previous log opened before it closes the program - last few lines :

Try reinstalling your license.
