Title: [Bug] Playing now (Database/Smartlist is not updated)

SDK Bug: Limit Database to "playing now" is not working via Smartlist or SDK
Playing now Database is not updated, if you delete one file and if you start a new query.

Procedure:
Delete Playing now queue
Add a track to playing now (like "Plazebo").
Do a query (via sdk or as smartlist formula)  "[artist]=[Plazebo" ~d=t" -> the file is found
Delete this file in playing now
Do the same search again/refresh smartlist -> deleted file is found (wrong).

Seems like Playing now database is not updated.

The Playing Now database flag wasn't really designed to support this, but we agree it's silly what it's doing now.

We'll try to make it work in the way you're expecting in build 129 and later.
