Title: USB TV stick won't install properly

Just bought the USB TV stick from you.  Can't get it to install right.

Followed instructions.  Inserted USB cable, Windows detected, inserted CD, driver apparently installed, said OK at the end.  Tried to scan channels in MC 14.0.130.  Said it couldn't find a TV device.  Looked in Windows Device manager.  It's listed, but status says "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

Windows Vista Business SP2, i7-920, 6GB RAM.

What's happening and how do I fix it?

That worked, thanks.  I should have thought of that.
