Title: MC14 problems and blue screens

i purchased MC14 but keep getting blue screens shortly after a song starts.  i uninstalled MC14 and tried restoring it using my Registration # but i cannot open the .mjr file.  what's my next move?

A blue screen is generally a hardware or driver problem.  If you're using any visualizations, remove them, in case your video driver is bad.

Reboot and reinstall MC14.  Restore your license, using your Registration Code.  The Install Key is only good for 14 days.  More information is above under "Purchase".

what specific "visulizations" are you refering to?

It's the Install Key (good for 14 days).  Just double click on it.  MC owns the filetype.
