Title: Is there any way of looking up a video file info and applying it to the tags?
Post by: swinster on February 03, 2010, 06:38:02 pm
Hi,

I'm looking for a way to automatically lookup and apply info to video file (mainly TV series) and apply it to the file tags in a similar vien to what happens for music files. If I have put the correct info in the Name field such as "24:Day 7: 9:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.", then search in IMDB and switch to TV shows, I can pretty much get the correct info, but I would like elements such as genre, keywords, plot info, Thumbnail, etc., to be added.

Ideally, I would like to manually set up the tags so that Series, Season, and episode are filled in, then the lookup would do the rest.

Many thanks

Chris
