It's available in Theater View only at this time.
In Options for Theater View, under Connected, choose Add. Then add Netflix.
You will need a Netflix account to use it.
Like Hulu, you can browse whatever you have in your Netlix Instant Queue, then play a movie.

sounds pretty cool, though i don't have a subscription to the service

not as critique, but for the not-usa people who wonder if it will work for them also..
Netflix streams instantly only to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia
netflix offers free trial though. so it might be interesting to try.

Currently you'll need to use the Netflix web page to add movies to your "Instant Viewing" queue, then they'll show up in Media Center and you can watch them in Theater view. We hope to add a nice way to search and add movies to the queue from within Media Center.

I know you just started on this but I was wondering if the following will eventually be possible from within MC (without having to get a keyboard/mouse involved):
- Restart a movie from the beginning
- Watch individual episodes of a tv series

Is there a way to access personal hulu queue? I have not seen an option to login. That would be an awesome addition if it is not already there.

my netflix is not working in .144 ?
it shows up in theater view, and shows "instant queue" but nothing happens when I click on it. Any ideas what to check for?

I had some problems with cookies related to Netflix. Try playing in a browser to see what happens.

Thank You MC for this! Maybe I should send you my XBOX Live money.. I was determined not to renew my XBOX live as the only reason I have it is for Netflix. Now between this and the Wii when it support netflix XBOX live can go bye bye.
I got a chance to play with it today and it works good. I have an older PC I use as a HTPC with a single core so the video takes a little while to stop pausing but then plays fine. I had the same problem using silver light on that PC. The only problem I have now is that when I exit with ESC it makes MC unresponsive. I turned on Logs to see if I can get a dump to forward. I sort of assume it is just the under powered PC but maybe something you all can help me with.

I see the same. It's probably our bug and should be fixed soon.

Hm, is this a different process in the newest build? If I click "Add" under connected, I get the same ol' options, nothing new for Netflix. Thanks.

I have the same problem as ssabripro but I cannot seem to make my problem go away.
"my netflix is not working in .144 Huh

I am running 14.0.147 and can run Netflix in both IE and Firefox and have several movies in my instant queue but in MC the instant queue is all it shows. (no movies)
Also MC did not ask me for a Netflix username and password. Is there a place for me to input them?
Thanks
