Title: Problem upgrading from Windows Vista to Win 7

I have just upgraded from Win Vista to Win 7 and my registered JRiver Media Center 14 does not work. I get the message "Media Center was installed for a different operating system, Please Reinstall Media Center"  How do I proceed so I won't miss my registration code which has been installed from 29 Dec 2009?

Try uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling as Admin.

Try restoring your license.  See the "Purchase" link above for details.
