Title: last.FM plugin auto-start option not saved

toggling this button "run the plugin when media center starts" is not saved when exiting and reentering the options dialong box.

consequently, the tool does not register the tracks unless i explicitly start the plug-in.

This should be fixed in build 144 and later.  It will be available in about a week.
